Miscellaneous samples, such as those that are larger and/or irregularly shaped and do not fit on the magnetic array, in a Petri Dish, or Glass Slides, may be held down by the second vacuum hole in the Multi-Sample Chuck.
Plug the vacuum line under the petri dish when using the second vacuum hole:
